Thanks for stopping by!
Welcome to RealEstate-Java.com, my laboratory for exploring the great game of real estate. I love this industry and am passionate about being on top of the trends, deals, and fundamentals that make real estate so exciting.
I graduated in 2011 with my MBA and Masters in Architecture. While in school I sought out as many developers, brokers, lenders, consultants, lawyers, architects (you get the idea) to learn how their perspective fit into the game—usually over coffee. So I want this to be a space where we essentially have a (digital) coffee over real estate.
The idea is to pour a cup of coffee and share the lessons, mistakes, and victories that my guests have learned along their journey. In true laboratory fashion, things won’t be entirely perfect—in fact they may be downright messy at times! But the point is to learn and grow from the best people out there (ourselves). I’ll throw in some of my own know-how along the way and, because the game is played in so many ways, you may see or read about influences outside the game that may eventually be part of it.
If you would like to suggest someone for an interview or a great topic for discussion, let me know. If the content you read, see, and listen to is adding value to you or your work, let me know. If it isn’t, let me know—I’ll work my butt off to fix that.
Again, thanks for stopping by!
